Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not supported at checkout, it means we are temporarily unable to ship to your location.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch. International shipments may show limited updates while in transit.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Digital products or gift cards

Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

No. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery update so we can investigate.
